Consultation Policy

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all necessary information is provided during the time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to, known allergens; event type (i.e., formal or casual); dietary restrictions; custom requests, etc. This disclosures will need to be made during initial consultation or promptly thereafter the customer is made aware if not known at the time of the consultation. 

 

All consultations are 100% free and are required prior to booking. Please note that consultations may range in time from 30 minutes- 1 hour. This is the time to elaborate on desired vision for services. Initial headcount will be required to ensure capacity.

Failure to complete consultation will result in automatic refund and cancellation of booking.
