Mimi’s Cajun Café & Catering (“Mimi’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is dedicated to providing exceptional dining and catering experiences in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Texas. By accessing our restaurant, utilizing our catering services, or engaging with us through any means, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Reservation and Payment: All catering services require advance reservation. A deposit will be required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due according to the payment schedule provided in your service agreement. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods as communicated.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be received in writing. Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the specific terms outlined in your catering agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in compliance with Texas State law.
Menu Selections and Changes: Final menu selections must be submitted by the deadline specified during booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, provided notice is given at the time of booking.
Staffing Commitment: Mimi’s Cajun Café & Catering commits to ensuring that all onsite catering events are adequately staffed with qualified personnel in accordance with the size and requirements of your event. Our staffing levels will comply with Texas Health and Safety Code and all applicable labor regulations, ensuring prompt, courteous, and safe service.
Liability: Mimi’s is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from events outside our reasonable control. Guests are responsible for their own safety and for any damage caused to our property or rental equipment during an event.
Compliance with Law: All services provided by Mimi’s are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the Texas Food Establishment Rules and health codes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in violation of these laws or our policies.
