Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds on any orders will be accepted within 72hrs of event. In the event of party size changes, all information must be submitted in writing to Mimi's Cajun Cafe (pettifordproductionsllc@gmail.com) no later than 72hrs of scheduled event date. Invoice adjustments will be made and appropriate refunds, if any, will be refunded to the form of payment on file. 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

 All cancellations are subject to 72-hr written notice. All deposits and any funds paid, less the booking fee, will be refunded. Failure to cancel with 72 hours or more, will result in forfeiture of deposit and booking fee (any additional funds paid will be refunded). 

Final Payments are due in full within 24 hrs of event. Failure to pay balance in full will result in cancellation of order and forfeiture of all payments made including deposit, booking fee, and other payments.
